New 2011 Colors/photo repository

Thought it might be easier to have one location for the New 2011 colors, add to this if you take photos of a New 2011 Flex Color (only new colors), either monotone or 2-tones, overcast/rainy or sunny out. New 2011 Colors include Bordeaux Reserve Red, Earth, Mediterranean Blue, Kona Blue.

It doesn't look as bad in this photo as it has in others. I'm a little surprised that the Flex and MKT pretty much share the same color palette and I know it makes the build process cheaper but I think Ford's luxury brand should have it's own colors.

I LIKE that blue. I can't wait to see the two toned Earth on a sunny day. I just called the two local(ish) Ford dealers. One has a couple with a few more on the way. The other said "the 2011 won't be available till Sept" He was surprised (and I'm sure embarrassed) to find out they're already in driveways nationwide

It's not about being cheaper, it's about being possible. Oakville has the capacity for 10 different colors. So if you want a Lincoln exclusive color (like Gold Leaf), then it means you get one less Ford color. Adding more colors would mean a new ~$50million paint shop.

Thought I might like the med blue, but I don't - at least in the photos, too trendy. Some will like it.
