 Attachments Disabled in Forum
FYI, there seems to be an issue when people post pictures as an attachment in the forums.
As a result I've temporarily disabled the ability to attach photos directly in your post. You can, however still include an IMG link to a photo in your gallery here.
So you can still include photos in your post, just the process has changed. You'll need to upload the photo to your gallery, then post a link to the image in the post.
Sorry about that. I anticipate this little issue will be fixed in the next version of the forum software.

 Re: Attachments Disabled in Forum
FYI, attachments are enabled now. I upgraded the forum software last month and that has fixed the problem.

I tried to attach a PDF and I get this error message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

 Re: Attachments Disabled in Forum
I know this is way beyond the time frame for this thread, but I need help in figuring out how to attach a photo in my sig. I don't belong to any public photo sharing sites. I wondered why I can post a photo to my gallery but not include it in the body of my messages? same goes for people replying to other messages and including a photo in their reply...how? Second question: I notice people include clips of previous poster's messages when replying...and it shows in a outlined box...how do I do that?
There is no "help" function here to pose such questions...or not as far as I have been able to find.
Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

For the "quoting" feature, you will see a small QUOTE button in the top right hand corner of THE POST YOU WANT TO QUOTE and when you press it, it will take you right to a post message box where you can type in your own.
For the images, I have a photobucket account that I use. But I also upload directly most photos to my album on fordflex.net, then take the address of that photo and put it in between the buttons [IMG] [IMG]

Gumby handled the "quote" part of your question. The following thread has some detailed instructions on attaching photos to a thread but they apply to signatures as well. http://www.fordflex.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3006&p=29564#p29564

Thanks to both. I'll give it a try when I have all cylinders running. Right now it's time for my next nap. I am a dunce in all things computer/internet related, so I appreciate the help greatly.
