2012 Ford FlexFor the 2012 model year, there were only minor changes to the Flex. The 2012 Flex consisted of the same trim levels: SE, SEL, Limited and Titanium. Functional changes include a centered rear window wiper, and the roof rack can be had with the Vista roof. The EcoBoost engine is available on Limited and Titanium models only for 2012.

The 2012 Flex received some new paint colors: Ginger Ale Metallic, Black, Dark Blue Pearl Metallic, Mineral Gray Metallic, and Cinnamon Metallic.
