I purchased a 2009 Ford Flex in July of this year. September 28, 2009, my Flex started to smoke from under the hood. I had it towed by Triple A to the dealer. The service person said that there is a hole in the radiator. They tried to convince me that I had ran over something but there is no other damage to the car. When that failed, they then said that something hit the radiator from underneth and caused the damage. I was then told that the damage was not covered under the warranty but for $800 dollars they could fix it. Has anyone else had problems with the radiators on your Flexes and or issues with Ford honoring their warranties?
